New and used cars and light commercial vehicles can be covered with flexible start ages and mileages up to 24 months old and 40,000 miles start mileage qualifying for fixed price maintenance. No other maintenance contracts are as comprehensive or as flexible to cover new or used vehicles.

Agreements run on a time distance basis. This means a flexible term with a fixed mileage. Once the mileage allowance is used the Agreement's cover ceases with any unpaid rentals becoming due. However, Agreements can be amended mid-term should the customers use change.
Menu agreements are flexible and mileage allowances can be increased or decreased mid-term with adjusted monthly payments being applicable for the remainder of the agreement. This avoids paying for mileage that is not being used and avoids excess mileage charges or early termination of cover if mileage exceeds the original amount allowed.
Maintenance, if available from a finance company, is traditionally one-dimensional. Many believe "maintenance is maintenance" and, in many cases, receive differing levels of cover, pay for products and services they never use, are restricted from taking products or services they want due to a suppliers inability to build an agreement for them from a menu of pre-determined modular components.
